Sound: This is a case, so it doesn't make any sounds. Feature: It features pop-off top and front along with a back access door, large locking casters, pop-out latches, and brightly colored handles. Ease of Use: It rolls very nicely and the latches pop out so that when you put the case lids back on, you don't have to worry about where they are posisitioned. Quality: It's not rated as an ATA, but it's very solid. All the angles match perfectly so there has been no struggle to get all the lids to match. Like any rack-mount case, the more gear you fill up in it, the more solid it becomes. Value: Very fair price for the features/quality. Manufacturer Support: Have not needed to contact Gator about anything, so I don't know. The Wow Factor: It's a great case; like the bright red handles/latches, too. Overall: I'll probably look at Gator for future cases.
