"Great case..."
This is a very sturdy case and should hold up well to the rigors of high school productions we will put it thru.

"Good Case, Bad Handle"
I have owned the case for almost a year now. I like the design and the sturdiness of the case but would agree that the handle is a real problem. Gator tells you not to lift the case with the pull out handle but when you are rolling the case up a ramp with it fully loaded or pulling it up stairs and the handle pulls off, that's a problem. I would think that Gator has figured this out by now and redesigned it. The only other complaint would be that its a bit heavy, the plywood I suppose. Maybe a poly type plastic would be a better way to go. Overall I would rate it 7 out of 10.

The first chance I get to replace it with a better commercial case, I will until then it will have to do the job.
Sound
The product is Okay it's serviceable but has small wheels and a poor collapsing handle. The handle really isn't for anyone doing professional work.
Features
it is a one size fits all and really don't fit my powered mixer. My 808M Mackie case fits the powered mixer perfectly and has been in service for over 5 years. The Mackie fits in this case but again the wheels & handle aren't rugged enough to be useful.
Ease of Use
It's a one size fits all, you know how those work.
Quality
parts are made well, the collapsing handle and wheels are an after thought, it should come with some additional padding to allow for a better fit.
Value
You get what you pay for. A low end product that will work but needs attention to the handle, wheels and interior to really protect the equipment in it.
Manufacturer Support
I use many of their products. They a mid priced products for more durable products I purchase those from another company.
The Wow Factor
It's just another one size fits all product nothing special.

"Case is good, handle is bad."

Enough from me.
Ease of Use
As long as it works, which seems to be just inside the warranty period.
Quality
The case is great, the wheels are great, the handle sucks. The one major disappointment with this case is that the pull out handle is NOT sturdy enough to hold the weight of a mixer. I have owned this product for three years and have replaced the handle twice. Last year I gave up and now carry the mixer in the case or put it on a cart. I'm presently looking for my own handle to customize and make it better, or another manufacturer with a more heavy duty handle.
Value
The price isn't bad but I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a more reliable handle.
Manufacturer Support
They replaced the first handle free of charge, I had to replace the second one on my own due to cost of sending and returning the product for repair.
