Quality bag for the money. Zzounds price matched it for me for a STEAL and it was delivered to me before I could even blink.
Features
The structure structure of the bag is nice. Velcro straps hold my keyboard in place firmly. I can fit my sustain pedal, all needed cords and my Macbook Pro (13" in a slim laptop case) in the storage compartments and still have a bit of room.
Ease of Use
Honestly, the ability to pull such a heavy case (when my keyboard is in it) is a tremendous load lifted off of my shoulder. However, it's difficult to move it to and fro my car, because there's only one handle to lift and one handle on the top to pull. If there were two handles on the side to lift, I'd give this bag 10 stars. It's just really hard when I have to balance all of that weight on one handle. The bag is already heavy itself.
Quality
The handle to pull the bag will obviously break one day and you can tell immediately from the build quality of the rivets that hold it in place. Other than that, the quality is nothing to complain about.
Value
The bag is worth it if you're on a budget. Personally, I just do gigs locally for the time being, no more than 2 hours from where I'm located, so it works for me with getting around. I just wish it had two handle's on the side for lifting, but I figured out what works for me. This isn't to discourage anybody from making this purchase. It's still worth it.
The Wow Factor
The biggest wow factor would have to be the storage space for me. That's about it. Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do as a case.

My old keyboard case gave up the ghost a while ago. I knew this was coming, but I just couldn't find a case a liked. The new models were heavy and bulky. The Gator is excellent for my purposes. Sturdy, but not overwhelmingly heavy. zZounds did a great turnaround when I had to exchange the slim for the full size model.

I have been playing professionally for 50 years.
