Feature:
Good case for the money! An ATA approved case would of course would be better, but at 4X the price. Love the zip bag on the front of the case to hold cords & pedals, nice & big. Wheels are good size & the handle seems sturdy, although it is intended only for wheeling. The other lifting handles are super tough.

Quality:
Nice & sturdy. Well made by our friends from China. Looks great and will keep my new Kustom 72 Coupe protected on the road.

Value:
This is the best case for the money hands down. ATA road cases for my amp would have been almost $400, so this was a GREAT compromise.

Desirability:
This is a must for anyone with a nice amp that you want to keep from getting beat up dragging around on the road with you. I love this thing!

Haven't had to deal with them.

Overall:
This product is fantastic. It does the job without having to drop a bundle. It looks as though it will last a long time & can even be duct taped when years later the outer skin starts to shred.
