The pinch-clamps are too much guesswork. too tight vs. not tight enough is anyones guess.
Quality:
fishman may have had a winner 15 years ago, but the technology is passe. but like all fishman stuff, the build quality is great.
Value:
there are better for less. $99 gets you a Revolution One or a K&K. these pickups are MUCH better.
Desirability:
in its day it did. i would give it a 1 except that it is still useable in some situations and it doesnt feed back at high levels.
Sound:
Nasally, and sensitive to pickup placement. just sounds boingy--all strings, no bass body tone.
Support:
email only, phonecalls get voicemail.
Overall:
i cant use it.
