Not many Headphone users know about Fostex headphones. I have to say these are the best "unknown" brand of headphones out there.The build quality is excellent and durable and the sound is very natural and revealing.The Bass response is the most impressive.An overall great value.

I tried out various headphones at a local music store, and of all those within my price range I felt that these accurately represented the sound that was being produced, while still fitting comfortably in various positions. The response on these is very clear and defined, but not sterile sounding (perhaps because of the equipment they are being used with). I recommend these phones to anyone who needs to get top notch monitoring headphones at an affordable price...these phones way outdo the AKG phones at this price level...and fit better as well.
