Sound: man, this sound is awesome. the strings sound a little dinky (if u know what i mean) but its a good thing Feature: the free case? u couldnt ask for more Quality: this guitar is made very well and sturdy Value: great value. definetly worth the price Manufacturer Support: didnt deal with them yet The Wow Factor: man, the sunburst is one of the most beautiful colors i ever saw in my life. the black bridge pins are nice too. the sides and the back are SOOOOOOOOO nice and detailed. Overall: i will prolly never want to buy another acoustic again. if it broke SOMEHOW, i would definetly buy the same one. It is a great guitar and a HUGE step up from my crappy plastic-like Estaban one. be sure to check this one out

Sound: the sound is ok. The one that i own has a very deep sound. But i enjoy it. I still give the sound a 8. Feature: the case isnt the best. Quality: Mine goes out of tune a lot. but sounds pretty good. Value: a FENDER for that price!!!! great value Manufacturer Support: i needed to get new strings and new bridge The Wow Factor: the color doesnt look good but i LIKE THE SOUND Overall: Its a beginners guitar
