Feature:
it has the mustangs infamous dynamic vibrato bridge which for me just makes it all feel and play like a mustang a nice 24" scale and in most cases (as jagstangs are being a rare endangered guitar) they have a alder body. the only problem i have found with this guitar was simply catching my finger on the switchs while playing live. THATS IS IT !!
Quality:
never fell more in love with any other guitar the product is not really well thought of as it was just Kurt Cobain's 2 favorite guitars slung together but i dont think i have ever had any problems with the wiring or any faults ! apart from teh odd ocation were my cable comes out of the jack but that could just be down to me as i have had similar problems with a number of guitars.
Value:
due to the price, rarity and demand for the jagstang (as they are not making anymore reissues as of yet) it is worth buying if you are a collector but it a superb buy.
Desirability:
if i could have a love child with this guitar i would. i LOVE IT more than any other guitar i have ever played.
Sound:
this guitar when combined with hard hitting boss pedals such as ds-1/2 can give an sound with such a kick it nearly blows you away ! (have also found to sound well with ml-2) also, personally, this guitar has a very nice 'raw' sound. if you dont already own any form of chorus pedal or have anyway of adding chorus to this guitar please do so. the results will speak for them selves. the only downfall for the sound would be the original pick-ups but these can be replaced if needed but to be perfectly honest if you have this guitar you wont care less. 9/10

what can i say ? it sounds imense, it plays like a mustang, it has the likability of a jaguar and the stinging full sound of a jaguar !

i am a big fan of Fender guitars and i must say this by far is my favorite.

some say the guitar does not look good on the eyes, and the origional luthier himself feared that the guitar would be too heavy to balance with a strap. At the end of the day if u love nirvana you should get this guitar

if you love nirvana then its worth buying just to look at. I am saving up for it myself at the moment, and think that any keen guitarist would love it too

wow! its the guitar that kurt cobain designed! he knew in his head exactly what he wanted, and the luthier made his dream come true. I love the whole feel of the guitar

Tipifies the true kurt cobain feel, looks great in red but i prefer the blue, as he used it in his 1993 world tour.

I heard that it was made in the same factory that squiers are made...does that tell you enough?

Not worth the price for playing purposes but very collectable

It looks very cool but body isn't contoured like most fenders other than tele.
Sound:
The pickups are very weak that come with it. I replaced the humbucker with a Duncan JB ans it still sounds like crap. The guitar is just poorly made. Kurt would roll over in his grave if he knew such a poorly made guitar had his name on it.
