Feature:
Has all the features one would ever need. My complaint with previous bass amps I have owned is that there are TOO MANY knobs, and it takes forever to find the sound you are looking for.

Quality:
Seems very solid. Not too heavy to carry around.

Value:
I don't think you'll find a better deal.

Desirability:
Looks pretty good; wouldn't be embarassed to show it in public, Ha.

Sound:
I couldn't believe the bottom end you get with such a small amplifier. I believe you can achieve any sound you are looking for, especially with the "mid-range" controls, and the contour knob. Kicks ass.

Ease of Use:
I found this very simple to use; just turn the knobs as you play some notes to find your sound.

Support:
Don't know, just assuming, as I've never used any support.

Overall:
I think this is all the amp I will ever need. Perfect for practice because of it's size, and also loud enough to jam with a band. The "tilt" comes in handy as well, so you're not playing to your knees. With the "line-out" running to the P.A., you only need this for your stage mix, and I think it would do fine in any "bar" type situation. If you're playing an arena, well.......you may need something bigger, Ha.

Feature:
Built in compression is awesome, along with a contour. If you're a tech head, the semi-parametric EQ is nice. Removable power cord is a plus and you can't beat the tilt back design. Oh! the horn switch is nice too!

Quality:
Nice! Carpet is not my thing, but I can live with it. I sat on it and I've ran it into walls. Still works. Don't think it'll ever die.

Value:
Little steep, but the Ampeg (100 watts) for the same price is also in the 400 range. With every amp, you're going to be paying for the name.

Desirability:
Everyone I know likes the looks. The silver panel and the black knobs give it a serious demeaner. The "Fender" logo on the grill is simple and doesn't scream advertising.

Sound:
It can go from smooth and bass, to harsh and with some twang. Just turn the knobs. It'll shake some loose fixtures.

Support:
Never had to use them, but I would assume they would know what they are doing.

Overall:
This is a great product for the money but, if you're going to be gigging I'd get a rig. This is good for practice, but I'd really like to get a head and a cab. (It keeps up with a marching band...)
