Great amp. Beautiful cleans and takes pedals very well. Great for playing blues, soul, r and b, gospel and classic rock.

The Fender George Benson Amp is definitely a smooth sounding Hot Rod. The clean channel can have as much Bass applied without distorting the speaker, with the sound very clean and smooth. The Distortion channel is really nice as well yet it played just a bit thin when compared with clean channel. Since they both share the tone controls, i simply could not balance both tones to satisfy my taste.
I returned GB amp and bought a Fender Blues Jr. Tweed. Gota say, I love my Tweed, but already miss the GB.
