I've played hohner and huang harps for years, but I decided to take a flyer on the blues deville set. they are very beefy and have terrific response in both high and low registers, great growl and a sweet look. I play hard with a blues band and so far they have held up just fine for months. would absolutely recommend these harps.

For years now I have relied on Honer harps so I now have about 500 harps that are of no use, just like the light bulb honer decided they could sell more harps if they didn't last so long. So the alloys in the reeds breaks down faster as you use them, So far the Devilles I have purchased from zZounds are holding up better than the honers at about half the cost and no loss of good sound and boy can I bend the reeds wicked! they do sound great and last longer than the honers that's a win win win my book.

very pleased with these harps having played hohner for many years i took a flyer on these and the resonance, richness of tone and ease of bending and shaping notes is impressive. the only con is the 8,9 and 10 holes stick sometimes but with proper maintenance they're fine

Ordered a Blues Deville in G.5th hole draw went out with in a day.I eased it in like all my harps and I was just straight blowing on a Neil Young song during a gig.Severely disappointed,.Oh! And good luck trying to find the so called "Replacement reed plates" looked for a hour on the net and couldn't find anything,even from the Fender site.
