Feature:
I wish it had another pin to attach a strap. I found using a strap with the tie on at the end to be a pain, even though I bought the one that the manufacturer of the guitar puts out.

Value:
Definitely a super bargain.

Desirability:
I looked and compared a lot of guitars and this one was the best for what I was looking for.

Support:
Have not any reason as of yet to contact the company.

Overall:
It is my intention to keep this guitar even if I should purchase another guitar.

Style of Music: Trova, Balades

I like the clear sound of highs and lows, specially when play trova and balades, when I play usually fell my self relaxed and I have spent hours and hours with a guitar like this.
