Feature:
I use the Fender tripod stands. Their a must for playing in bigger rooms.Everything else is already included. I even prefer the mic's that came with it than my SM58.
Quality:
Looks good, easy to take care of. It had a smell, like a hot transformer, but I used it about 100 nights and it works perfect. It still looks like new.
Value:
I am extreemly satisyfied, If something happened to it, I would buy another the next day.
Desirability:
Like the song says, "If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, make an ugly woman your wife" Its not sexy, but you will love it and it exceeded all my expectations.
Sound:
Great souund, Fully adjustable for each channel, I also plug my XP80 keyboard into it and the sound will blow you away.
Ease of Use:
Unlike rack mounts, The passport 500 takes about five minutes to set up and I can adjust it myself through out the night as required.
Support:
I don't know because I never used Fender support, or their warranty.
Overall:
I was worried when I bought the Passport 500 that it wouldn't have the power or sound. I've used other brands of compact systems and I didn't like them. I took a chance on the fender name and a dealer I trust. If something happened to this unit, I would buy another. When it needs to be replaced, and Fender has a better unit, I will try it. If I needed a bigger system for some reason, I would rent one. I'm 62 years old and will most likely never be a "Rock Star" but, I,m happy!!!
