Feature:
So many. Read the description about the amp and theres all the features. Making your own amp sounds is a really great feature. Messing with this amp could take years to see all the features.

Quality:
So far so good. I have a little tube rattle that Strait Music in Austin, TX is going to fix with the kit that Fender has for this problem. I dont see any problems with this amp in the future, but it does have a 5 year warranty just in case.

Value:
I got this amp in its discontinued stage. So I got it for a great deal. Look for the great prices and they have a new modle of this amp coming out. So look for a deal. Let the sales people know that you know its going to be discontinued to give you a deal now.

Desirability:
I bought it after a trial run. So I wanted a tube sound with a ll the features. Get it now.

Sound:
So many sounds. My friend thats a tube amp guy says WOW!!! sounds great. We had our amps both cranked up to 7-9 and i kept up with his 50 watt Marshall 800. I went in and made my own sounds up and its really fun and lots to do with this amp. I have a Line 6 Flextone II, and this thing does circles around it. Great Amp.

Support:
So far so good also. I called Fender to ask them some questions, and they answered them all. I ordered a guitar from Fender and they so far have been very helpfull all around. I even asked about any problems with this amp, and the guy said theyu have not had any recalls or very amny problems with this amp. He said that they had more problems with there tube amps than this one.

Overall:
I will have this ampo for a long time, knock on wood, as long as it still is working in 10 years.

Feature:
Some usable tones right out of the box. Only the FX are digital, the rest is pure Fender. You will never use the vast number of different tones this amp can produce.

Quality:
The overall quality is high, but the essence of the tone is in the tubes. For whatever stupid reason, Fender put "Groove Tubes" in this amp. Groove Tubes are brittle sounding, they rattle, and they completely ruin the character of this amp. First thing to do if you get this amp is to throw out the "Groove Tubes" and replace them with Electro-Harmonix or Svetlana 12AX7 tubes for the preamp section. It is a day and night difference in tone and feel.

Value:
If you are smart enough to figure out how to make this amp sound perfect, you will appreciate this amp. Otherwise, you will be completely unhappy because you don't know how to unlock the secrets.

Sound:
Great sound all around, but only if you are smart enough to figure out how to dial it in. Otherwise, go and buy something simple that you can understand because this is not a straightforward amp to use.

Support:
Never used Fender support, don't need it yet. Amp is reliable.
