Crystal clear tone with superb response @ any volume. This amp rings like a bell when clean tones are being played. Add something like a tube screamer and this beauty hums rather than distort. Works well with any type of pickups. Single coils, low/vintage output humbuckers, ceramic magnet pickups and high output pickups. I use high output Dimarzio Super 2 pickups exclusively. These pickups combined with a DPDT on/on/on switch for series/coil cut/ parallel allows me to dial in pretty much any sound I need for any application. One key point to make is this amp's responsiveness to playing style. You can really make the most of any note or chord since playing dynamics affect the amp's performance. 85 watts into 2 12" Jensen ceramic speakers @ 4 ohms is flat out awesome. All controls on the amp such as bright switch, bass/mid/treble all make huge contributions when shaping the base line sound from the amp. Spring reverb adds a very pleasing depth, or spaciousness to the sound. A little spring reverb goes a long way with this amp. I don't use vibrato but this feature performs @ same level as every other feature within this amp. Both dynamic and time based effects work very well with this amp. However, I will point out that you'll hear a noticeable difference when using true bypass effects and digital and/or buffered pedals. However, this kind of applies to any high performance tube amp. Personal preferences are on a person to person basis in this department. Bottom line, this amp is a keeper and well worth the money. The Fender Twin Limited Edition can do anything and everything you'll ever expect from a higher end amp. This beauty will make you smile every time you plug in and start picking. AWESOME! Thank you again to Zzounds for the 0% interest financing. The in house financing keeps me coming back for new purchases. Great working with you zzounds! Thanks for reading and hope this helps.

This is probably without a doubt the best guitar amp ever made.
Sound
Sound is clean and clear. It accepts pedals very well and is perfect for jazz, blues, rock or just about any style you can think of
Features
Materials are top quality. Controls are easy and straight forward. No excess gadets to have to fiddle with or plug in. Nice cabinet and a plug that is a good length.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use
Quality
It's a Fender, in fact my 8th Fender amp I've tried them all and this is one of the best.
Value
It's expensive but worth the money
Manufacturer Support
I have had correspondence with Fender over the years and they were always very helpful
The Wow Factor
The sound makes you glad you bought it. Wish it had wheels because it is heavy. I just use a cart to move it. Not a big deal.

I’ve played through just about every amp there is in my 55 years .I’ve bought that many that claimed to sound like a Fender Twin Reverb. Mine arrived this morning and 13 hours later , I finally shut it down! What a Beautiful sound! It will either make you a better player or make you give up playing, because it’s so responsive, you hear every little finger slide or sloppy fretting. Between playing , it is dead silent, no hissing or hum. I imagine for recording, this would be amazing. My only regret was waisting my $$ buying amps in the past to try to sound like this one. I’ve played several of my Strats through it and my Les Pauls, all sounded beautiful, but when I plugged in my Telecaster, my wife can from the other end of the house to ask what guitar that was , because it stood out!! I can’t praise this amp enough! If your thinking about buying an amp, do yourself a favor and grab a Fender Twin. Mine is the limited edition 1965, but any you buy I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

This is the Cadillac of Fender tone. Clean and creamy. Yes it is heavy to lift but worth every pound. Some people worry that it won't sound good at bedroom levels but it sounds great with the volume on 3 or 9. I got the FSR blonde/wheat model and it is quite gorgeous. Ordered it from zZounds and had it the next day in perfect condition. I was a little worried about shipping something so heavy but arrived just fine. I play jazz and my Gibson L5 sounds glorious through it.
