Fender American Deluxe Dimension IV HH Electric Bass, Rosewood Fingerboard (with Case)

With 5-way switching and a 3-band EQ, you can sculpt the active Dimension humbucker pickup's tones on the fly -- great for complex song arrangements.

Bass plays and sounds amazing. Way better than any other fender bass ive played. The tonal options are the best, I can play all kinds of styles and be influenced to create unique lines and melodies with this bass. Bottom line you wont get bored so you will practice longer and in return become more professional. It is expensive though, but what the hell isnt these days..

This creature is phenomenal! I had to do very little to it once I got it to confirm it to my playing style. I lowered the pickups slightly, because they were too high for slapping (the string would hit the pickup every time), I changed the strings (I like the Elixir strings), and I had to find a better strap. That was it. I'm sill learning, but anyone and everyone who has played MY bass is floored by how good it sounds and feels. For my first bass, I'm a keyboard player that's been playing around on other people's bass for some time now, I'm beyond pleased. Before I had the chance to play one the look sold me. It somewhat looks like the Fodera "Yin-Yang" bass. Anyway, the sound, the look, and the feel are more than I could ask for!

Just received my Cayenne Dimension IV HH Bass. Very impressed. It doesn't have the bottom end that my Precision has but is very close. I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to playing this guitar as long as I have my P Bass (27 years).

Just one word to describe this bass: Awesome. It's got that funk, R&B, Soul, jazz sound that I've been attempting to get with my Ibanez SG305M, but just couldn't get it. This bass does it with ease. Feels more balanced than the other Fender Jazz basses to me. Just love it.
