Quality: You have to be great care taking the guitar out of the case or placing it into case. That is, unless you do not care about the finish of your guitar. There is an aggressive amount of aluminum that comes at guitar from both top and bottom. It is kinda like that kid's game 'OPERATION'. "You have to have a steady hand..." Value: Not at all. It is made well with good intention. It has quality materials in it and it is well assembled. Very poor design decisions were made that make this case a death trap for your guitar. Manufacturer Support: NO. When I bought the guitar, I requested a different case, but Sam Ash did not oblige me. They said it was the 'Deluxe' case. I think they were just trying to unload it on me. The Wow Factor: It looks good, but you cannot stand it up. If there is any sex appeal, I would rate it as an annoying drunk person who continues to fall over your expensive guitar. Overall: I am seriously considering selling my case to a friend who likes it, and take his case during my search. I am considering using a gig bag until I find it.

Quality: I can't believe Fender puts a guitar in this crappy case. It was hard to close and the hardware was super cheezy....sent it right back and upgraded to an SKB for $25 more. I won't make that mistake again. Manufacturer Support: It was zZounds...they are the best. Returns no problem.
