Feature:
No accessories. Excellent piano-like feel. You can set many MIDI parameters (zones, layers, channel, bank, program changes, splits, transposition, sustain, wheels, after touch, shape, and velocity). This is good but to accomplish each setting requires too many button presses. Once you have set any of these features, the keyboard does not diaplay the current setting. There's no easy way to know a current setting. The product should provide this.
I like the rubberized control wheels. They're easy to get traction with an use accurately.
Quality:
I have had the SL-880 PRO for 5 days. During that time, I have discovered that all seven of its control buttons are defective: they frequently do not function. Each of the 88 keys has the same defect: If you play quickly repeated notes at high velocity, the keyboard only sends some of the MIDI data. For example, if you play 6 notes it may send data for only 3 or 4. The problem does not occur when playing at moderate or low velocity.
Value:
Perhaps I just got a lemon. I would have rated ththe SL-880 much higher if all of its moving parts were not defective.
Desirability:
The product look OK
Sound:
No sound. It's a controller.
Support:
No problem getting a return and refund.
Overall:
I am returning this product.
