I guys.... I just wanted to give a little feedback on my recent purchase of the ESP LTD 5 string bass. Let me start off by saying, " I love this bass". I also have the matching 4 string and love them both equally. I have the Gloss Spalted Maple versions of this bass and I can tell you, I get rave reviews about how they sound and look. On the fence.....? Buy It........! Enjoy.......I have not used the support so I could not give that a rating at this time.

I am a professional Entertainer having started my carreer in 1963. I started playing guitar in high school but switched bass

Rock, Pop Music, Modern Country, Blues, Big Bands like Chicago and BS&T and EW&F.......Love it.

The finish is gorgeous, the neck is thin and fast and the bass is light, which I greatly appreciate. I only wish ESP had used Semour Duncan pickups instead and finished the back of the neck, but these are minor complaints. The B string is solid on my bass, although I have read previous reviews where others thought differently. The setup was near perfect right out of the box.
