Feature:
This guitar is nice and simple the way i like it.

Quality:
Made well and comes with life-time warranty, but if you make custom changes the warranty is void, but the way it's built you'll never need the warranty anyway.

Value:
Very Good Deal For The Money!

Desirability:
Apart from the black hardware its a really nice guitar.

Sound:
The black hardware is barely visible on a dark stage, so I swithed the EMG HZ4s out with 2 Gibson '57 Classic Plus (Gold) pickups, and got some gold locking tuners, and some gold knobs.

Support:
I haven't had any problems withe the guitar so I havn't contacted the dealer yet.

Overall:
I will be playing on stage with this guitar for probably the next three or more years.

Feature:
Simple features. Neck thru is great. Can't complain about the agathis body.

Quality:
My tone knob is crooked and with this type of knob it is impossible to get it back on straight. Very minor blemish on the inside of the neck. Nothing huge but being a perfectionist I expected everything to be absolutely flawless but it is not. The dark sunburst looks amazing but varies a lot between guitars the guitars I've seen, some are very dark while others are just the opposite.

Value:
Absolutely perfect guitar for the price. Performs and looks a lot better than guitars priced hundreds more than this guitar.

Desirability:
very sexy!!

Sound:
Tone is surprisingly good for the price range. A lot better than other guitars I own which were priced a lot higher.

Ease of Use:
plays very fast and smooth. Action had to be adjusted on delivery which happens to most guitars.

Support:
I have not dealt with the company but I have not with any of my ESP's so I guess they are made very well!

Overall:
Worth it in every way!!
