The KH-2 is a glorified version of the ESP MII-Deluxe (i know.. a deluxe deluxe.. oh well). It has an extremely fast and smooth neck, low action, but not too low (and yes you can be too low). The 81's are EMG's hottest pickups, and I have gotten notes to sustain for almost a minute through my dual rectifier Mesa head. All in all, sweet axe.

No wonder Kirk has this guitar as his main stage axx!! Altough this guitar is a Bolt-on and Kirk has Neck-Thru this guitar FEELS, SOUNDS and IS the best! Great work ESP!!!

This is an awsome guitar but it is not American Made, it is a bolt on, so I feel anything over $1500 is not a fair price. But the fact is it plays great, sounds great and feels great.

While it's solid, it isn't even Kirk's real guitar design. he plays neck-thru's, and this is a bolt-on. the LTD KH-2 is a better deal, with a replacement floyd and EMGs.
