Sound: taking into consideration that this is just a case i guess if you dropped it on the ground it would sound pretty knarly. Feature: didnt come with anything. the inside fits nicely to the guitar and the outside locks are nice Ease of Use: very easy to use. straight foward. open it up, put your guitar in, close it, secure the locks, and viola, its safe. Quality: i havent had any problems with my case. it came in good condition, no blemishes, every thing was intact. very slick. Manufacturer Support: dont need it The Wow Factor: its a black box that says ltd on it. not very sexy. id let my sister take it out on a saturday night. lol (without the guitar) lol Overall: over all, good case, id buy the same thing again if i had to. but this one looks like it will hold up nicely so i dont forsee replacing it. the price is really good too.
