i love the way this thing is put together. the only real significant differance between this and a 400 is the pickups. this has esp-emgs while the 400 is stock with real emgs.
Quality:
it looks and sounds great my only problem is it is very top heavy & falls wen u let go of the neck.

this things is well worth the price.

this thing cradles distortion really well & sounds like a punch in the face. the clean tones are really smoothe & crisp & the distortion is immaculate.

Super sexy guitar, the all black paint, and chrome black hardware looks awesome. Also, the Gibson Explorer shaped body justy makes it that much more desirable.

Pickups sound great, and it sounds awesome right out of the box.
Ease of Use:
Very, very easy to use, and despite its shape it sits in my lap comfortable. It leans a little forward with a strap, but I use straplocks.
Support:
I haven't had to contact them, so I'll say great.

There isn't a question about the quality of this guitar, it will last for years and years, easily. Very dependable.

INCREDIBLE value!! Really! It's AWESOME to own this thing, it felt great just taking out of the box, and it feels like something worth 2g's.
Desirability:
This guitar is SEXY. That's all that needs to be said about it. I love the black color, and it all blends together into one fantastic and shred worthy machine. Just seeing it is AWESOME! Really, I can say that this guitar is going to be my favorite for a looooong time, if not forever. It has all I want, and need.

The sound is really incredible, handles great distortion, wonderful with clean, and overall perfect for agressive playing or metal. 10/10 baby! YEAH!

This is an extremely easy to play guitar. The jumbo frets help a crapload, and the smooth neck is fast and sleek. Very easy to play.

I've heard their good with support, but I'v never had to deal with them, and that shouldn't take away from the overall rating.

The body of the EX is one of the most metal looking bodies ive seen next to the Flying V and the Sharkfin. Its a Gibson Explorer with a slight twist, absolutly beautiful.
