Feature:
It's the little things that enhance the guitar, like the pearloid inlays, neck and head binding, and separate volume knobs for each pickup. The biggest difference though is in the mahogany body and set neck.
Quality:
As far as set up and electronics go, it is very dependable, I have even yet to break a string on it. It has taken tons of abuse, not that I don't take care of it, but I'm just clumsy. It stays in tune better than my friends' Gibson special series guitars which cost a couple hundred more.
Value:
This is one of the best guitars available for the money, the ltd viper series which costs the exact same would be the other one.
Desirability:
A carved top would have made a huge difference, but it is an appealing guitar as it is.
Sound:
I don't know if it's the mahogany wood or the pickups, but this guitar has all the bottom heavy beefiness you could ever ask for, while having enough clarity for some good clean sounds. I didn't get the exact sound I wanted until I put heavier strings on (52-10) and tightening the string tension, but that is something that I do to all of my guitars.
Support:
I have never needed to contact the company, but their contact info is available on the official website.
Overall:
Overall, I am very satisfied with the guitar.
