Feature:
The features on this axe are very straightforward. But you can tell just from looking at it that it is a quality guitar. The fit and finish are great. The tuners keep it tuned up very well. They aren't sperzel locking but they work good enough. As soon as your strings get broke in a little it stays right. I set the intonation once and haven't had to touch it since. All in all it has good hardware. Basically this is a stripped down les paul, for a fraction of the cost. I'm impressed. Have looked at the price?! Just get it.

Quality:
Just reference my comments on Features. You should be playing this thing right now. If you like ESP's or this style and don't want to spend a fortune then this is for you. I got one and haven't looked back. It's a cool axe for sure. They don't make this Basswood bodied ec100 anymore so you need to get this. The flame maple ec100 has an agathis body. Agathis is an overseas pine type wood that got dressed up. I don't know why they went that route. In my mind I will take the plain black basswood version anyday. Function BEFORE fashion. You don't make guitars from wood in the pine family. That is SO corny. I'm glad I got mine when I did.

Value:
Oh, this is a steal.

Sound:
These Duncan pickups sound very good. The pickups are as silent as church mice. And then you turn up the gain and they let you know they are for real. They (the pickups) probably benefit greatly from having Seymour Duncan coming up with the design. Nice touch. I am very happy with the sound of this guitar. Warm and rich without sounding like mud. Basswood is a good choice for material. You get the sound of mahogany without the weight. I can't say enough about how good this sounds for the money. It wins. And OWNS.

Support:
Never had to call and probably won't ever have to call.

Overall:
This guitar is all about rock/blues/metal. You need help if you don't get this.
