It's a cable.

Quality:
Feels nice, seems durable.

Value:
Great cable for $17.

Desirability:
Black, grippy rubber feels neat. I'd do nasty things to it, if that means sex appeal.

Sound:
Very low noise, high quality sound. I own an ESP Viper 2005 with EMG 81/85. Sounds great with this cable.

Ease of Use:
Plug it in.

Support:
Didn't contact them.

Overall:
No need to change to any other cables. Ernie Ball is great!
