My store give me this guitar for US$400 along with CNB (hardshell moulded case), I don't know this price could be to good to be true. I think everything has done very well (for a made in korea, I don't see anything I should replace with, including the stock pick up..it's really really very complete for me.
Quality:
I have no complain, especially it's an excellent craftmanship.
Value:
It'a a really cheap version of les paul custom.. i give this product one of the best.
Desirability:
I fallin in love with this sexy guitar from the very first sight. Heritage Flame Maple..Who won't??
Sound:
Well, I played guitar for almost 20 years now, I play in church, my other premium guitar is Fender Stratocaster RS Signature Series . I play it through Mesa Boogie DC-3 and ...for this lovely guitar...it really sounds in anyway you define rock sound. I'm very grateful to have this one and will keep this forever.
Support:

10 out of 10Feature:
It comes with everything you need to play the blues minus the amp.
Quality:
The only one thing I noticed to be odd about the guitar. is some of the border work and edge art is a little sloppy. Thats it though. The guitar comes ready for a show. I know that in a few year I will prob have to change out some parts. Which in my opinion is a good thing. Because when a part goes out I always replace it with the best available. And being an epi you can just buy straight gibson parts that will last you for a long time. Buy this guitar you will be happy.
Value:
The price is good for some of the other equipment out the this is a bargain. Also if you want to go on vacation. Go to Korea and pick on up.
Desirability:
Very sleak and great looks.
Sound:
I own the standered les pual by Gibson. My Epiphone custom sounds and plays identicaly to each other. Really, I can't tell much difference. When I first got this guitart the action was off a little fixed that and now no buzz no anything. Its amazing how similar they play.
Support:
Haven't had to use it yet.
Overall:
Buy it.

5 out of 10Feature:
It's a solid insturment, the body and the fretboard are high quality. I've played through a number of different set-ups, and you can get it to sound good on just about any amp.
Quality:
Plan on getting this guitar "tuned-up" at your local repair shop after you get it ($40). It sounded good before I took it in, it sounded truly incredible, AFTER the tune-up. In general the quality is good, but the details were lacking. There were some loose parts, the intunation was way out, and the action was too high, when I got it in the mail. I had the repair shop lower the action, file the nut, tighten the pots, and tuners, fix the intunation, and fix the bridge that was installed backwards.
Value:
The same or better then a Gibson that cost 2 or 3 times as much. I played them both, the Epiphone is better.
Desirability:
When I open the case, in front of somebody who hasn't seen it before the usual response "WOW" look at that.
Sound:
The thing sounds incredible, sustain forever, great for Rock and Roll, blues.
Support:
I had the repair described above.
Overall:
I wish I knew about the need for getting this guitar "tuned-up" at your local repair shop before I bought it. I played it for a few months, no problems, and one of my friends was trying it out, playing it, and reccomended taking it in. He was right. I like it better then the Fenders and Gibson I tried, but eventually I will probably get a strat to go with it.
