Feature:
I usually prefer 4 pots but the push-pull works very well. The factory strings suck.
Quality:
I had to return the first one I bought due to horrible fret buzzing. The second one had fret buzzing so I took it to a local guitar tech and for $100 he got it set up perfect. I am surprised about that since Epiphone usually set their guitars up better than that.
Value:
I would give this a 10 if I didn't have to spend another $100 to get it playable but Zzounds price for this guitar was very competitive. As far as comparing this to other guitar's in this range, there is no comparison, I tried about 40 different guitars under $1000 and this one fit me by far the best.
Desirability:
This thing is absolutely gorgeous in real life, all pictures I have seen don't do it justice.
Sound:
I am using this with an Ibanez MIMX amplifier and it sounds awesome. The Dirty Fingers pickups are VERY clean and can also give an excellent 80's hair band sound when needed.
Ease of Use:
This guitar has the essential onboard adjustments that are placed out of the way when playing but easily accessible when needed.
Support:
Zzounds was awesome with the return, I don't have any experience with Epiphone support.
Overall:
I plan on keeping this guitar for many, many years. If something happens to it I will definitely get another one with no hesitation. It seems to be constructed very solid and with proper care shouldn't ever have any structural problems.
