"A Nice, Custom-Fit, Hard Case for Epiphone ES-175"

Features
Fits my ES175 Reissue perfectly, looks nice, protects my guitar, has a handy flip-open compartment where I can fit my tuner, slide, spare strings and a winder, and a small amp-cord under where the neck of the guitar rests in the case. Very nice, as classy as the guitar I bought it for, though the stenciled-on Epiphone name on the outside would look nicer as simply a large Epiphone "E" done, not in the same, stenciled way, as I see from pictures that others of the same case have rather than the full word, "Epiphone" as my case has. I think that big "E" would be nicer if it were done with a metal emblem, or something along those lines. Overall, though, it's great, and it should have came with the guitar to simplify things. I'd have gladly paid the same amount extra that I paid for the case to have it included with the guitar, and this is a guitar which should have a nice hard case.
Ease of Use
The lid has to be firmly and attentively pushed into place as you fasten all the latches, but this results in a lid that fits perfectly and locks-down tight, so it's well worth the effort.
Quality
A couple small "bumps" beneath the cover, like something got stuck in there during assembly, and the stencil-and-paint method of putting a label on the outside is a little cheesy. Better a nicer emblem or none at all.

in the realm of $100 cases Epiphone leads the way. If you need a casual case this is it its perfect. But if you plan on dropping it in a drug induced state from a second floor window, spend $300. Thanks zZounds, my exclusive music supplier now. service and shipping are second to none.

A very nice and well made case. It has a vinyl outer skin which will not hold up to heavy use, or abuse, as well as the more expensive plastic shell cases. It is nice to have a branded case for the guitar and hopefully it will add to the value for any future resale.

Nice case but didn't match the picture...the picture shows a black hardshell case and the case I received was a light grey...
