Sound: The sound is decent for a small amp. This is a good starter for the beginner. I am using an Epiphone Les Paul Special II and am just learning to play the guitar. This amp met my needs and has a headphone outlet so I do not disturb others while learning. You will have to learn how to adjust the amp to meet your needs. It has overdrive and reverb also. Feature: Has enough features for a small starter amplifier that can be adjusted to fit your needs. Is pretty well constructed and should last a long time. Ease of Use: Pretty simple straight forward controls. Plug it in. Turn it on. Plug the guitar in an adjust the levels. It was pretty easy to figure out how to use the amp. Also included needed cables and a pair of headphones. Quality: Not the best amp but for a small amp it is well constructed and looks pretty good. Seems like it should last pretty well if properly taken care of and not abused. Value: Good value. Has everything needed to get started playing an electric guitar. Manufacturer Support: Don't know. How needed support so far. The Wow Factor: Not the best but for the price is a solid performer and a great starter set for the beginner. Overall: Overall I am satified with the purchase. The product meet my goal and getting started learning to play an electric guitar. If lost or stolen I may buy again but would also consider a higher end amplifier now.

Sound: I bought this Goth Epiphone les paul with all access accesory and amp pkg. for my son on his 16th birthday. The action on the guitar is sweet! I was blown away by the sound that the little 15watt has! A nice warm and clean sound to total distortion, and it has reverb!! This is a perfect starter package and the guitar is professional qaulity that he will grow with, however, i'm sure he will outgrow the amp soon!

Sound: It is great if you are a beginner and want something to start with. I am pretty happy with the purchase, but a for a professional player going to a gig, a better one would be more ideal. Feature: It has all the standard features to start with. Excellent for beginners. Ease of Use: It took me a couple of minutes and a couple of videos on youtube. Pretty straight forward. Quality: It has a decent quality for the price and, again, a must for beginners who cannot afford a better one until they really become advanced on the guitar. Manufacturer Support: I did not need to contact support, so I cannot say anything about it. The Wow Factor: Pretty appealing for beginners. Overall: Overall, I think is one of the best cheapest packages to start with if you are still learning and just playing at home. I do not regret the purchase and I am pretty satisfied.

Sound: Amp has a noticeable hum to it. I see myself Feature: No guitar picks. I know it doesn't claim to have picks, but come on! Who creates an accessory pack for an electric guitar and doesn't throw a few picks into the box? Ease of Use: Straight forward. Amp has minimal adjustments. Quality: For the price, I guess it's not the worst out there, but I'm very disappointed. Amp has a noticeable hum to it all the time. Headphones are mediocre. Guitar bag really does not properly fit my Epiphone Les Paul Special II. If you're looking for a quick inexpensive way to get a youngster head first into playing, this is probably the least expensive way to do it. If you or your youngster are serious about learning to play, you might want to peice together some individual accessories that are a little more midrange. Even as a beginning player, I see myself replacing most of the gear in the pack withing the first 6 months. Value: Again, probably the cheapest way to start playing, but what kind of value is it if you want to replace the stuff almost right away. Manufacturer Support: Did not use support. Survey needs an N/A option. The Wow Factor: Initially it looks good, but after seeing it in person, not so much. Overall: Within in 6 months. If lost or stolen, I would buy individual components to meet my needs. I would not buy this accessory pack again.

Sound: Learning about Amps, I found out that there are transistor amps and tube type amps. It was very funny when I first plugged my amp up and could hear radio stations but that only happened once. Since then the thing has worked great and produces clear house filling...not just room filling sound. Feature: The headphones that came with it are great too. They have allowed me to play out and practice late at night and not disturb my roommates and plug into my stereo so I can also watch movies loud and not bother others either. I like the strap. It's black. My guitar is black. The case is black. BLACK IS COOL!!! I've used everything that has come with the kit except the tuner and am very happy with my purchase. I got great deal. Ease of Use: As a person new to playing guitar I was not happy that there were no directions on how things needed to be connected. I figured it out with a little bit of trial and error, but similar to my guitar, I didn't know what knobs did (and still don't) until I fiddled with them a bit. Even though things work great, I still don't like that I don't have a complete understanding of what I have sitting in front of me. Quality: Given that I don't know much about what I purchased since I'm new to guitars in general, I can only say that I'm confident I made a solid purchase. Everything that came in the kit seems to be of good quality and should last me a while if I ever need to replace anything given that I intend to play as a hobby and not professionally. The Wow Factor: This package isn't anything amazing. It's a solid quality combo of items at a rock bottom price. Overall: Until I really get heavy on playing out to do a show, I think this amp will do me fine. I might have a problem keeping my bag on me good during a motorcycle run, but I'll figure it out.
