Feature:
I like the metranome, speed is ajustable to your speed. The animated fretboard is a little hard to get used to, but it's nice when you get used to it.

Quality:
Great, especially considering the price.

Value:
Great course, great price. It's there, you just need to use it.

Desirability:
Mostly the content, ease of use.

Sound:
I like the course, it lets you bracket any part of a song and keep repeating it until you get it. The sound is clear and the explainations are clear.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to modify to your speed and ability. Clear manual, you move on when your ready.

Support:
I've had this product for a number of years. Never had to contact the company.

Overall:
It's a great course, especially the way it's pakaged and priced.

I've been using the Emedia Guitar CD-ROM for almost five months now and my progress is remarkable. Each newly taught guitar skill is backed up with songs and exercises to practice and refine that technique. My only problem with this product is the recorder is no better than the one included with most computers. The other built-in features (tuner, metronome and chord dictionary) are all very helpful. I've been going to a lot of free guitar tab sites and the chord dictionary is a great help for all those chords I haven't learned yet and are rarely written out. There is also a way to slow down any song on the program, which is very helpful now that I'm working on some more difficult stuff.

Great value. Just look into what private lessons cost.
