"I agree with many others that this is the best eq bang for the buck"

This is a very heavy-duty pedal that is made entirely out of metal except for its tough plastic switch. I read a lot of reviews on the pedal, most of which compare it to the comparable Boss GE7 and say that the extra money spent for the Boss name is not worth it. I am very satisfied with the improvement in my tone, and I cannot foresee experiencing any problems with it down the road. I use it with the DOD PS125 pedal and have not noticed any degradation in sound the few times I ever bypass it. Also, this a great pedal for launching into a lead.

Superb gain, but no unwanted noise (even seems to have true bypass capability); very sturdy construction (all metal except for hard plastic footswitch); outshines all else in its price range.
