"Simply Perfect."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I have had no better strings then these. No other brands I have used have matched up to the quality and sound that the Blue Steels have produced. They give you the growls you need for heavy metal, yet are soft enough to give you the mellow and relaxed tone of jazz. No matter what type of bass you play, whether it be hard rock, heavy metal, jazz, classic rock, even funk, these strings will deliver what style you want, when you want it. Blue Steel's are the best string on the market today!
Sound
Great strings, from the very beginning. Bright and crisp tones from the moment I put them on to the day my G string snapped.
Features
The sound quality is downright amazing from day 1. When I slapped it, they sounded almost ripe, pure, and raw. These strings have phenomenal tones in them, and will last you a very long time.
Quality
I've used Ernie Ball, D'addario, and Elixer strings for a good 2 years, but none of them could touch what Blue Steel is. These babies are top class, and are well worth the price. I can't even play other strings anymore. Blue Steel outclasses the rest!
Value
Well worth the price.

If you haven't yet tried Blue Steel® Bass Guitar Strings, you should. I've been using these for years on all of my axes. They are the best strings available, IMHO. I used to get RotoSound® Swing Bass strings, but when I tried the Blue Steel® strings, I was hooked. I also use these on my 6 string electric guitars, although some people find their tone to be too bright on guitar. I don't mind, and they last forever. In other words, the tone just keeps on delivering. Get these, and you won't be disappointed.
Sound
The sound is bright and punchy. Cuts through in the mix, and on stage.
Features
Features? How about they last forever, and keep their punchy tone for years.
Ease of Use
They are as easy to use as your regular brand of strings.
Quality
The quality is always outstanding.
Value
The value is great.
Manufacturer Support
I've never had to contact the manufacturer.
The Wow Factor
The wow factor? Punch, punch, and more punch. They will punch through for years.
