Sound: this is a good sounding guitar i compared it to and ibanez that looks similar and is around the same price and this one took it to its grave.for the money you could probably find one better but you kwould have to look really hard. i plan on buying this guitar for my deployment. Feature: i havent played it pluged in Ease of Use: like and new insrtment it might need a few adjustments Quality: best for the price

Sound: It sounds terrible plugged in. it is ok acoustic, but there is just so much buzzing. i didnt like it at all Feature: the tuner NEVER worked. also, the equalizers did not affect the sound (when plugged in). Ease of Use: it is hard to get a good sound. i also own a Ibanez V70CE Acoustic-Electric Guitar and it works much better, it was less expensive too. Quality: mine had a few scratches on it. if i wanted to use this outside of practicing, i wouldn't really be able too. the only thing i can use it for is to practice Value: almost every other guitar i have played was a better value than this. Manufacturer Support: I think that the support was ok when i needed the output fixed but it ended up breaking again so it wasnt quality work The Wow Factor: the guitar looks really nice, dont get me wrong, but beauty doesnt dominate sound Overall: I expected much more and i didnt get it. it wasnt good sound quality and it is easily damaged. i wouldnt recommend it. I like other dean products, but this just wasn't for me
