I don't think I will ever change these pickups since they sound the way I want and they canel all the noise and hum even better than my humbucker guitars
Sound
Terrific pickup! It's noiseless and it sounds just like a single coil. I have it in the bridge position along with two Area 58's in the neck and middle. I found keeping the pickups closer to the strings gives the best tonal qualities. They are alnico 2 magnets with reduced pull so they are able to be close to the strings as opposed to more hotter output stacked coils.
Features
Quality built in the USA
Ease of Use
Very easy to install and they sound so much better than the Fender Custom Shop Fat 50's I had in before. The Area's are clearer and brighter and very vintage sounding.
Quality
Made in the USA
Value
Worth it though I wish they were a little cheaper...but worth it!
Manufacturer Support
Haven't dealt with them but their instructions were great and the website is very helpful
The Wow Factor
It cancels all the hum and they sound like vintage single coils so I feel spoiled right now.

It sounds very much like a strat single-coil, but it's dead quiet. In my application (a Nashville-style Tele) it doesn't quack quite like a true single coil in positions 2 and 4, but the lack of hum is more important to me.

Sound
Wanted the strat sound of Lincoln Brewster and got it! My Fender Classic Player 50's came with Fender American Vintage pickups with a reverse wound middle pickup for some noise canceling effect. The guitar sounded great, but just wasn't as bright as I really wanted. Installed Area 58's in the neck and middle and Area 61 in the bridge. The DiMarzios were instantly brighter with zero hum. Now when I play LB's "Let Your Glory Shine" or "All To You", I get all the chime without the hum. Great Pickups!
