10 out of 10Feature:
It did come with a power supply that has yet to fail me. But, i did think that it needs more aucustic settings. But hey, you can always change them if you like.
Quality:
It is very sturdy, and will definately gig with it until it breaks, which will be a while from now. It has a metal casing, the pedal is great for anyone who is used to banging on all of your pedals.
Value:
The price is less than about everything that I have seen. except for the used ones.
Desirability:
It looks great, and the ARTIST sign isone of thethings that drew mecloser to the product.
Sound:
IM not the biggest oneffects, but i have to admit that this is probably the best for the money.
Ease of Use:
The manual is very informative and easy to use. It clearly explains how to change the settings, and how to alter anything that you would like to.
Support:
I had no problems with zzounds while ordering it, and they were very helpful with the purchaseof the item.
Overall:
It is very durable, and will serve anyone who likes to gig very well. It has many sounds that will satisfy anyone who plays anything from jazz to any metalhead thatlikes the grungy sound.

8 out of 10Feature:
I'm not huge on features, because i already have most of the things you need in features, but the tuner is very useful.
Quality:
I think it is made pretty well, a lot of it is metal, but if i could change anything i would make the up and down buttons more rugged. They are plastic and not too sturdy.
Value:
I think this is very much worth the price, you can get pretty much any sound out of it you want and it is cheap.
Desirability:
I would say for beginning musicians that this is a great pedal. If you don't have any huge gigs, you will get what you want out of this pedal.
Sound:
I really like the sound after i tweaked it. I didn't really like the presets too much because none of them were what i was looking for, but after i changed it i really like the way it sounds. You can do pretty much anything you want with this pedal.
Ease of Use:
It takes a long time to get just the sound you want, but if you have the time do it because it sounds great. After you have the settings where you want them if you put the sets in the order you need then it is pretty easy to use.
Support:
I haven't had to call this company so i will just give it an 8.
Overall:
I'm sure i will have this pedal for at least a few more years, until i can get enough money to buy a Gibson Les Paul, and a Marshall Stack, but for now i'm very satisfied with it.

Sound:

9 out of 10Feature:
-I didn't get an instructions booklet with it, which sorta sucks
Quality:
-I think the plastic buttons will break pretty fast
-The rest seems sturdy
-not good during concerts
Value:
-I bought it for $50 in mint shape, definitely worth it
Desirability:
-It's probably good for beginners and if your looking for an all-around practice pedal
-It looks ok
Sound:
-Sound is ok, I have it hooked up with a Peavey amp and an Epiphone sg g-400
-I like the sound effects it gives me
-A bigger amp will probably give you better sound
Ease of Use:
-I like how the ^ button is right beside the pedal so I dont have to move my whole foot over
-It's pretty easy to get used to
Overall:
-I recommend buying this and for the price they have on this website it is worth it

9 out of 10Feature:
Incedibly huge selection of sounds and effects, infinite combinations possible.
Quality:
once again it has a tendancy to break, its not a very good gigging pedal, one stopped working and the company replaced it under warrenty and the back pedal stopped working and digitech store repaired it free of charge even though it was 8 months outside the warrenty
Sound:
The sound is pretty good, its amp modeling capabilities are great. The marshall amps sound really good and give a nice beafy tone. Its not really good if you want alot of harmonic feedback though. Overall i like the sound i can get with it but i think it'd be more worth it to invest some more money and get a Line 6 Pod only because this has a tendancy to break, and the pod has an assortment of different pedals that are much sturdier than the insides of the digitech.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use

Based on the price tag this is a decent selection. Drums and presets are excellent.
Quality:
Solid design and sturdy. Only draw back is the use of plastic knobs instead of metal.
Value:
THE BEST AT THIS PRICE RANGE!
Desirability:
Sleek and smooth and is a good product considering the amount paid.
Sound:
This is not a $300 top rated "sound" machine but tops at the price range it sells for.
Support:

Great for the price and a super buy within the price range.

This product is great because it is so simple, yet has so much to choose from

I loved everything on this product because there are so many different sounds to choose from it could satisfy anyone. To make this product sound better, before performing, put the effects you use in the order you will play your songs in. This makes it much easier.

5 out of 10Feature:
The strongest part of this pedal is that it has lots of effects available for it's price. It also works ampless for when you are traveling light and just want to listen to it over headphones. The wah pedal is kind of cool, if you've never used one before, but it isn't really an option to use the pedal just for it's wah as it will introduce WAY too much hiss.
Quality:
It seems a little flimsy. I haven't had any problems yet, but it doesn't look like it would stand up to the kind of beating that most gear might.
Value:
This is a hard one. It's good for people who don't have any real gear, and are looking to get a lot of effects for a little. Also, for some reason it sounds much better on a beginner amp than a nice one. If you are a musician with lots of gear then this is useless for you. The effects are decent, but your nice amp will disown you for plugging this thing into it.
Desirability:
Once again, good for beginners, but musicians who already have nice stuff will want to avoid it. This pedal is sitting in my closet now. $150 completely wasted.
Sound:
The effects are decent, but the amp models are a joke. I use my Line 6 stuff for amp models any day over this. The pedal sounds decent over a beginner amp, but it just hisses if you plug it into a nice amp. If you own a decent amp, avoid this pedal, because all you will hear is fuzz.
Support:
I haven't had to deal with them yet, so I'll just leave this one at halfway.
Overall:
I would not replace this item if it was stolen. Actually, I don't think I'd notice if it was stolen.

8 out of 10Feature:
Many ways to customize the sound with buttons or knobs. Came with AC adapter.
Quality:
Brand new, so reliability untested. Fit and finish are very good. Metal chassis construction seems sturdy.
Value:
I've owned different simple stomp boxes and complex multi-effects units over the past 30 years. This little monster provides cheap thrills, yet covers nearly every type of tone I would want to play.
Desirability:
It is now a very essential part of my guitar rig, even though I don't think it is a particularly good looking unit.
Sound:
Distortion presets are tight and nasty to warm and fuzzy. Very good selection.
Support:
Not used.
Overall:
I will definately keep this unit. I may supplement it with something dedicated to jazzy tones.
