Feature:
you got a stereo output you can use with your headphones (I plug that into another amp to make my headphones louder, but it's usable for practice as is), the drum set is limited, but good for keeping time, and you get a tuner, what more can you ask for $80. One thing that would be really nice would be to be able to use more than one effect at once, so if you need to have multiple effects at once this is not the box for you.

Quality:
works for me, but is plastic oh well

Sound:
I don't want to spend money on a tube amp, so I use this for my solid state amp. A nice selection of different cabinets

Ease of Use:
easy to use, but dont even bother using the presets they are awful. You can get started with good presets on those web sites that tell you how to get a particular sound, but I think the best way to use this is play around with the settings until you get what you want.

One of the most useful features is the compresser\limiter because there are a few notes that are louder than others and a few notes that are too quiet. One of the least useful featuresis the

Quality:
The BP50 is a very reliable and quality made product. There are no loose parts or defects. The product is compact and is made for use on the road.

Value:
I think this product is worth more than its retail value.

Desirability:
It is very appealing and the design is great. It looks really cool.

Sound:
The sound quality is very good and fully customizable. The only problem I have is the octavider and the harminizers can be out of tune. I think it sounds better in recording, because after you record it, you can add the finishing touches.

Support:
I cannot say anything about the service and support because I've never had to call anybody. Its never needed service and has always worked well.

Overall:
I'll probably be satisfied with this product for a good 5 to 7 years. After a year or so I'll want to step up to a more expensive product that has more effects. I actually chose this product becauseit worked very well and was inexpensive. If the product was stolen from me, I'd buy another one.
