Feature:
Came with an great manual that has multiple languages. 2 sets of RCA cables, small allen wrench, washer and screw, just in case when you are changing to a personnalized slip-mat and you drop or loose the original screw.
Quality:
The case is basic, yet very rugged. ABS plasic and steel construction. The LCD screen is bright and clear, the buttons are all lighted and even in a dark club, you can see everything on it. The constuction is a work of art, and in the dark, it is almost mystical with rich color and light from the control buttons.
Value:
DNS-5000 is a better buy and better quality than it's "Competition" by far! If you buy a different piece of gear that does the same thing, you just wasted your money my friend.
Desirability:
I think it was designed by futuristic aliens who worship DJing and shared there knowledge with humans.
Sound:
I have owned the DNS-5000 for about a month. When scratching very high pitch sounds (trumpets etc.), it sometimes sounds a little synthisized and even then barely noticeable. The features are to die for. There is also an O.S. update available from Denon for the DNS, download it. Installing the new O.S. is a breeze. The looping capabilities are outstanding. It also has multiple audio outs as well for even more flexability. Even the "platter" has grooves like a real 12". I have also used the CDJ-1000 and the CDJ-800, the DNS-5000 stomps a mud-hole in there ass.
Support:
Yes, I sent and email to the company asking if they DNS-5000 had a midi input or usb jack, they were polite and replied back very quickly.
Overall:
I saw it, I bought it, I love it.
