Feature:
light weight, has stood up to many flights with out a problem. Shell is very sturdy and latches have held up well. puzzle foam lets you customize the for the size of your keyboard.

Quality:
has lasted many years without any problems. A great reasonably priced case.

Value:
great deal. A better case would cost about $150 more than the price of this case.

it's a case

very easy to use.

Support:
have not used any support for these cases.

Overall:
I will buy a 3rd for my new keyboard.

Well, the wheels may be indestructible, but the handle certainly isn't. The studs holding the handle to the case burst off after a few months, and I eventually had to replace them myself. Customer service was utterly unresponsive and unreachable.

Other than that, it's been great.
