Sound:
Out of the box this amp has nice presets. The key to get all you can out of this product is using System Architect.

Ease of Use:
System Archictect does require you to learn the product but its straight forward.

Support:
I also puchased the XTI 2000 B stock. Had firmware issue. sent it in to the factory, 10 days latter, the amp was perfect.

Overall:
I swear by amp. recomend it to all dj's i know.
