Quality:
We ordered this amp and it arrived with a defect - one side of the amp was not working. We returned the amp and a replacement was sent. When the replacement amp arrived, it had the same problem....side 2 of the amp was not working. I called Crown and got the tech there to walk through the amp testing with me over the phone, he agreed the amp was defective. After receiving two in a row like this we decided not to try again and went to a different model.

Value:
It would probably be a good value if the quality were there.

Support:
My contact with Crown was pleasant and they did return my calls and emails. They asisted me in conrfirming the problem and that was a positivie of the situaiton.

Overall:
We returned the amp and did not want to try getting another of the same model.
