Crown XLS202 Amplifier

The XLS 202, 402, and 602 all combine first-class reliability with a number of significant features. A selectable high-pass filter (30Hz/15Hz/Off) on each channel enables the amplifier to work more efficiently when not being used with full-range cabinets or subwoofers, while a pair of linear optocoupler clip limiters helps protect loudspeakers from being overdriven. Feature:
The cooling fans make too much noise after about a year or so. They are constantly on (not temperature controlled like the Crown's CH series). They also attract dust because they have to be constantly ON.

Quality:
Sound is perfect, however fans keep me worried.

Value:
XLS202 should be about $50 cheaper.

Desirability:
Yes I still want it even with those fans, dont have a choice! You cant go wrong with Crown.

Sound:
Perfect sound

Support:
Just had one questions once, and I was able to talk to some one very quickly and got my answer.
