Feature:
No built in features is good, that leaves no room for crappy DFX. The only way to get good DFX, normally, is through a good pedal. Has good spring reverb. and comes with a pedal to change through all 3 ch and turn reverb on/off

Quality:
Solid as a rock. Looks and feels hard core. The basic head design gives it that heavy metal feel

Value:
Great. Where else can you get a full stack that sound a whole lot better than a marshall (but im not comparing it to a mode 4 or anything, but that costs thousands not hundreds)

Desirability:
If you are looking for an amp that sounds and feels like metal, then this is the amp for you.

Sound:
Great Distortion. The only problem is that you get a buzzing sound on the lead dist when turned up. But as long as your playing your fine. Buzzing cant be heard on stage

Support:
Havnt had problems yet, but they do give a 2 warrenties. Cabs have 2 year. Head and other wiring have a 5 year

Overall:
This amp will last you a long time and will please you with its marvalis sound. The cabs are about 3-5 inches smaller that expensive cabs, but for this price you could buy to full stacks and put them side-by-side. or on opposite sides of the stage to get you sound heard.

very sturdy and dependable. i could take this anywhere. no blemishes. bought it brand new.

i would by this before a MARSHALL anyday.

very eye catching amp.its perfect i could stare at it all day.

Sound:
great sound i love it. has an early metallica distortion sound to it. the clean setting sounds perfect you can play anything on it.

Support:
i have bought from CRATE before i will for a very long time. good service never had any problrms with their products.

Overall:
perfect.
