Feature:
The amp has a CD (or other) input jack, a headphones jack, a guitar input jack, clean/overdrive switch and an EQ. The only reason I gave this a 9 instead of a 10 is because (at least for me) whenever I plug in my mp3 player into the amp and turn it on (or even if it's on already) it gives some feedback for about 1-2 seconds, varying from almost unnoticeable to very loud, depending on the instance. The EQ works well with tweeking the sounds, but the overdrive sounds a little weird if it's turned all the way up, not a big deal since about 3/4 of a turn matches any music I play. I wish the knobs had numbers on them, but they have a few reference marks.
Quality:
feels sturdy, haven't really hit it with anything but it feels like it would hold up.
Value:
I'd say it was very much worth it's amount, probably even a bit more
Desirability:
Looks good to me at least
Sound:
I bought this about a month ago as my first real amp and my first impression of it was "Wow". Being on the cheaper end I didn't have the highest expectations, but I was impressed and my friend who is a more experienced guitarist was impressed as well. The cleans are crisp and sound exceptional, the distortion sounds just about perfect with the knob turned about 3/4 the way up.
Ease of Use:
not hard to use, plug it in, plug in your guitar and your done.
Support:
never had to deal with them, but the amp comes with a I think it is a "5/3" warranty, 5 year service on the speaker and 3 years on the electronics.
Overall:
Overall this is a great first amp, I may get an effects petal to go with it. If somehow I lost this I would seriously consider buying it again, depending on my musical needs at the time.
