With its vintage elegance and the sweet, even tone of its spruce top, this classical acoustic guitar is the epitome of what a mid-priced model should offer.

I have only been playing for about 5 years now as much as time permits. I rate myself as an intermdiate level player. I have owned many guitars since and have found myself leaning towards the classical style lately. I shopped around my hometown for about 3 months now trying pretty much any and all of the classical guitars when I came across the Cordoba C9. I fell in love with it instantly. The bass sound that came out of it.....I could feel it in my chest the first strum. The quality of this guitar is amazing! It just looks beautiful....and it sounds as good as it looks. No major flaws that I could see internal or external. I bought it immediately because it just felt right in my hands. Playability was right on. I have recieved many compliments already on this one guitar alone. Many of my friends thought I paid double the price I paid just by looking at it. I didnt realize Cordoba guitars sounded and looked so good especially for the price. If you see one in a store, pick it up and play it. You'll be amazed. I love my Cordoba so much that I am going to buy the Cordoba GK Studio next as soon as my finances allow it. Try that one too. Its a little powerhouse and sounds flipping awesome for its price. Cordoba is my new Taylor replacement! Thanks Cordoba! Till next time.

I purchased Cordoba C9 SP/MH from ZZsound.com. Purchase and delivery were top notch, quick and painless. I ordered it to the APO address and it was advised to allow product to arrive withing 4-6 weeks. It arrived for 13 days which was more than fast. Guitar itself is work of art, given its tag price and being i aguitar that's made in China. I don't have previous experience with classical guitars, so I cannot tell is it better or worse than other guitars, but my subjective opinion is that it will be totaly new experience from steel string guitar world that I come from and it will be a welcome change. I already own Martin 000-15M, as well as Blueridge BR-361 parlor guitar and this guitar will add another sonic aspect to my playing which is mostly folk fingerstyle.I've never played European spruce / African mahogany combination before and I can tell you it is nice surprise to see those trees blended together and I hope luthiers around the world will start to appreciate this wood combination more in years to come. Cordoba definitely did set a standard for all other serious company to follow and I'm glad to see somebody finally started to charge guitar the way they should be charged and not ask for thousands and thousands of dollar for piece of wood, when all that matters is guitarist and not a guitar itself, because good guitarist will be good guitarist with a 50 dollar guitar, and 5000 dollar guitar will make nobody good player. With this all being said, CORDOBA and ZZSOUND - thumbs up and thank you!
