"Perfect upgrade from V30's in Orange 212 cab"

I replaced both speakers (PRC V30's) in my Orange PPC212OB Cabinet with these creambacks. After a ton of research and personal experience with the G12M-65 cream, I decided on these. The M65 on a 1x12 used combo I purchased felt like it had a blanket over it. I needed the higher end of the H75's to open things up so took a chance on these. Out of the box they sound great! After break-in time, I can only imagine what they will sound like! Very happy with my purchase! zZounds always delivers and has the best zero interest payments around!

"Creamback 75 has the vibe"

Decided to experiment with my Orange PPC212 closed back cab. Pulled one of the stock V30 speakers and added a Creamback to give some tonal contrast to the mix. These two speakers mix very well together (my personal tonal taste of course). The Creamback has slightly deeper lows, a 'greenback' fuzz in the midrange, and very sweet highs. The V30 mids still cut through while the Creamback fills out the rest of the space. Neither speaker overpowers the other. The Orange PPC can be a somewhat boomy cab. Even still the V30 and Creamback are able to handle it well. No farting or loss of definition in Drop C chugs with a 6505. Hooked up with a JCM800 2203 circuit the Creamback sweetens the mix with some of those 'greenback' characteristics while expanding the sonic sphere around its V30 counterpart. Again the lows are deeper and the highs sweeter. Nothing spikey or harsh... even out of the box. This review is written after just a few hours of play time. I assume the speaker will continue to improve with a little more play time put on it. I was looking for a higher wattage Greenback style speaker and this fit the bill. Normally I lean on Eminence 50W Private Jacks for that task. The 75W Creamback got me to move over to Celestion this time as I wanted to have a higher cab wattage handling. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied. zZounds of course made this project possible. Fast shipping, great service, and I love the payment plans. There are plenty of stores and websites out there. zZounds keeps getting my business because they really are the best in the business.

Best damn speaker ever built.Put 3 in my cab with 1 V-30 for break up.Every guitarist that here's ask me what Cab im running as it has no markers cause I built it.I just say it's the speaker bro. These speakers turned all my amps into new completely different beasts. the low end amazing with articulate mids. Highs they all have highs. I'm playing guitar I need mids damn it.These things cut through the mix at any setting and volume.blown away.

"G12h75 Creamback"

I bought the Celestion G12H75 Creamback 16Ω to pair with a Vintage 30 16Ω in a new empty 2x12 cabinet with a two thirds closed 1/3rd open back at 8Ω. I play through a Marshall head and use Gibson Les Pauls and the tone is great! I also have a 4x12 Marshall cabi et with 2 greenbacks and 2 Vintage 30s. I have not played through the 4x12 since getting this speaker. The speaker has a lot of bass and needs to be mixed with a Vintage 30 or other similar speaker to balance the bass a little. The Creamback has a nice and clean sound perfect for classic rock.
