Feature:
mine came with drumsticks, a case, and a stand (i bought mine from a local music store not from this website so it might have came with different stuff.) the snare stand didnt go low enough for a drumset, but my dad, who is a welder, made it shorter. i still use it for my set, but it's difficult at times. i had to replace the snare wires and put moongel on it and get new heads.

Quality:
the snare looks nice and is cheap. it's worth the price, but the price is not high. it works and is great for beginners but it causes a bit of frustration that can be expected.

Value:
the value really depends on how good you are. if you've never hit a drum before in your life (me when i bought it) its good. if you want a good sound, you'll have to work for it a little bit, but its still not bad. not great, but not bad.

Desirability:
i did want it, and its the reason why i have become a drummer, and it does have a bit of sentimental value to me. it looks really nice and can sound as good as it looks, but that will take work as i said so many times before.

Sound:
i have had this for 4 or 5 years and managed to keep the stock head on it for a long time. (mine had a remo on it idk if thats true for the rest of the snares) it does sound good if you are willing to put alot of work into tuning it, and even so it obviously won't sound as good as the top of the line snares. this is a stand up snare meant to practice stuff that a school band plays and things like that. not for a drumset.

Ease of Use:
not that easy to get a good sound out of it, but once you do, it's worth it. not really easy to use with a kit and i dont remember if there was a manual but it's pretty straight foward.

Support:
never dealt with the company.

Overall:
well its been four or five years so i dont know how much more i can get out of this snare. probably alot considering i don't have the money for a new one so i'll have to make it work. i only chose this because i knew nothing about drums at the time and i said i needed one for school and the guy at the shop just sold me this one. i guess it was a good choice because it lasted, but what the last guy said, i dont know if it was his fault or if i was lucky with mine. but still, a decent snare.

it works really well for learning basics,
and it doesn't sound that crappy and worked well
when you add onto it with other cymbals or toms
or what have not. It's pretty good for just a
begginer snare. And it doesn't resonate too much
in comparison too the other begginer snares i've tried
out, or that my friends own.
in addition it costs about $20-40 less than
most other starter sets, which made it extremely
affordable.
