Quality:
my keyboard was a gift which i very much enjoy using. if you take care of your of your keyboard it will last - with hard treatment you could even tear up an anvil - most poeple take care of their instruments - they have invested money and time and appreciate what thet have - others think you can stomp, beat, drown etc and still expect something to be in a one condition thru no fault of their own

Value:

Feature:
Any keyboard company that tries to claim it could teach how to PLAY through it's product... is lying. But if you already know how to play, you should be able to learn some basic songs.

Quality:
These are the worst keyboards on earth. Don't expect it to withstand any abuse.

Value:
It's not the end of the world if you do buy it, but almost any other brand would be better.

Desirability:
No sex apeal on this one.

Sound:
Casio in general makes some of the worst keyboards out there. For beginners it's not a huge deal, but a Yamaha for the same price would be a much better investment.

Ease of Use:
It won't get any easier.

Support:
I rated it a 5, but I really have never dealt with Casio. And I never plan to..

Overall:
This is a beginner's keyboard that will never help anyone learn how to play. The keys are made of cheap brittle plastic (like all Casios), and so is the rest of it. Personally, if I got one for Christmas I would Pete Townshend that mofo
