8 out of 10Feature:
More than one needs to get great recordings.
Quality:
Very goos quality and the price is right.
Value:
Incredible.
Desirability:
Very sexy
Sound:
If your a software engineer and cant figure out how set up your soundcard to work with this software you need to find a new line
of work. I am not and It took me a second to set up. I have used this product for a while now and everything about it is easy to use just got to take the time to get familiar with it.
Ease of Use:
My eight year old to figure it out.
Support:
Perfect.

1 out of 10Feature:
It had way more stuff than I needed yet was lacking stuff I would have liked.
Quality:
Will not work with VISTA. It took me about a year to get it to do what I wanted which was work as well as a reel to reel tape recorder I had 30 years ago. My PC locked up so I bought a VISTA machine and again I have spent many hours trying to get it to work.
Value:
don't buy it
Desirability:
If your life is so empty you have the time to spend go ahead and call to talk with the sexy woman. I want her all right sight unseen but the software sucks.
Sound:
My first use of any recording software but with my limited experience I say it is OK.
Ease of Use:
I am a software developer and it took me months to get it to work. Install then un-install it would not recognise my sound card on a Windows XP Dell system.
Support:
If you call over and over and let the phone ring a long time and then set on hold 45 minutes a woman with a sexy voice answers. It was a pleasure to talk with her but she was of no help what so ever. From what I gather from their web group they have no intention of ever making it work with VISTA yet they are still selling it.
Overall:
I was satisfied with it for about a month out of the 18 months I owned it.

2 out of 10Value:
If you are serious about your sound, look for something more professional sounding.
Sound:
Usually audio is muffled and/or click laden to the point of always needing other software (like Cool Pro) to clear up mix down enough for your work to sound decent. Not great...just decent.
Ease of Use:
It will record ok but the sound is not professional sounding without help from other software.

5 out of 10Feature:
Top features. 32-track recording. Audio effects. The reason I give it a 9 is that it does not support MIDI. So don't buy if you want to do virtual instruments or synths.
Quality:
Haven't had any problems.
Value:
For the Money I would go ten bucks higher and get Home Studio XL. It has MIDI and comes with some virtual synths.
Desirability:
At the time I bought(about two years a go) it was the best thing that could happen to me.
Sound:
Your sound Quality will be based on the gear you use obviosly.
Support:
Worked with them on finding out about the MIDI and didn't respond although they do have a great website where you can find information.
Overall:
The product in and of itself is awesome. But if you want to do MIDI\VST instruments go the ten bucks more for Home Studio XL.

10 out of 10Feature:
The great thing about Guitar Tracks Pro is that it mirrors a regular sound board completely. You have the mute and solo buttons as well as the regular volume slider and voulume trim. It is pretty much a 32-track sound board but a whole lot cheaper.
Quality:
Well designed. Pleasant display.
Value:
You are paying $150 for a 32-track recording studio.
Desirability:
I had been considering a recording studio for some time and when my cousin showed me this I knew it was what I was looking for.
Sound:
I have a Seagull C-6 guitar with a L.R. Baggs soundhole pickup and I run that through a Boss GT-6 effects processor. It would Prabaely depend on your setup. The sound comes out the way you put it in.
Overall:
I had one problem but I think it was my computer's fualt(or mine for not making sure of the requirements)so make sure you have enough room and CPU power to run the effects and such. Overall: excellent.
