"Superb value, not cheapo looking or sounding at all"

This will do us for our little part time band.
Sound
Great sound for the money.
Features
Mounts work well, mics are small and unobtrusive.
Ease of Use
Even the drummer was able to hook up his own mics. :-)
Quality
These just don't look cheap. They're made of nicely burnished metal and really look relatively pro considering the ultra-low cost.
Value
Totally worth the money.

I might add a pair of overheads at some point
Sound
For the money you just cant do any better.
Features
came complete with clips
Ease of Use
plug 'wm in and they work
Quality
again...for the money you just cant do any better. we were on a super tight budget and this set of four mics was cheaper than a single SM57 (by the way check the freq response on the tom mic. almost the same response as a 57) when you spend this kind of money for 4 mics you expect them to be pretty cheap but I was surprised how well these seem to be made. I bought these as part of a project with another group and now I'm getting a second set for my own studio.
Value
.....like I said ..I don't think you can do better for the money
Manufacturer Support
none needed
The Wow Factor

"Great for the price"

If they keep working without problems I plan on purchasing additional individual CAD mikes for my other drums. Would also like to get a couple of boom mikes for my cymbals.
Sound
I purchased these mikes to replace drum triggers. They represent the true drum sound much better. Good enough sound quality for playing in crowded bars. You might want to upgrade a bit if you were recording. But, for the price, they work great!
Features
Not too sure how the clamps will hold out. Hope they can be repaired if they break.
Quality
I'm sure that a better quality mike would hold up better. With reasonable care, they should hold up.
Value
Cheaper than the drum triggers I purchased and all you need is a mixer, not a processor to use.

"Nice"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I will buy another set of these when I get the cash, as they have exceeding my expectations. Yeah, they are cheap plastic things, but the price to sound ratio is great.
Sound
I was surprised. I really didn't think these mics would sound as good as they do, especially after opening the box and seeing them. Really like the sound of the snare mic. Kick mic is pretty good also. Tom mics are ok, but not bad.
Features
Needs a pad built in, or a better design to cut the gain. I need to use a pad on the snare and tom mics, or they overload the preamp, even with the gain all the way down. Nice case and drum clips work nice.
Ease of Use
It's a mic, so it's pretty easy to use by default.
Quality
The body and durability are right in line with the cost. Cheap plastic body, feels like a cheap mic that came with a karaoke machine. The sound makes up for this, though.
Value
If you are on a tight budget, give these a try. I would NOT classify these as one of those "save your money for something better" products.
Manufacturer Support
This should be a N/A, because I haven't dealt with support from CAD yet.
The Wow Factor
The looks don't really do anything for me, but it's a mic, who cares what it looks like.
